Shipping/Return/Exchange Policy

We process and pack orders as they come in, Therefore, we cannot cancel or change your order after you submit your order. You can exit an order before placing it. Leaving our website before completing your order will also cancel the transaction.

Due to he nature of the shoe reselling business, Shoejocky.com cannot honor price protection on the sale of shoes.

Example: You purchase a pair of shoes for $100.00 today, and the same pair of shoes go on sale tomorrow for $75.00, we will not refund the difference. We apologize for this inconvenience.


* Order must be shipped to your billing address on your credit card or confirmed address on your PayPal account.

* Shipping to destinations to lower 48 U.S. States only.

Free shipping does not apply to PO Boxes, APO's,FPO's, AK, HI or International orders - Please email us for details on rates for shipping.


We do not offer any returns or exchanges. Only in the event we send you the wrong size/color will we will be able to grant a refund/exchange.
Is all the merchandise "in stock"?

Yes, all of our merchandise is 100% in our hands and ready to ship.  We do not take back orders or drop ship merchandise from our vendors.  If we have a mix up in our inventory your order will be refunded immediately. 


Is the merchandise authentic? 

Yes, everything we carry is 100% authentic.  We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.  This means that all of our merchandise comes directly from our vendors and not from any third parties.

My card was declined?

Your card will only be declined by our system for one of the following four reasons.

1) There were insufficient funds in your account to cover the amount of the purchase.

2) You incorrectly entered your billing address.  Your billing address would be that of where you receive statements/bills from your credit card or bank.

3) You incorrectly entered the 3 digit code on from the back of your card.

4) You are using a card issued outside of the United States.  Our system is not currently set up to process all cards issued internationally.

If your card has been declined and you are sure that you met all of the above criteria, please first contact your financial institution to confirm that your card and account are in good standing.


Doing so may cause multiple charges to be pending on your account.  When you submit an order for payment (regardless of your payment being declined or not) your financial institution reserves the funds for said purchase.  Shoejocky never actually attains these funds until an order is completed.  You will know that your order has been completed when you receive an email to the address you entered for your account that will detail your order confirmation.  Please contact your financial institution to determine their terms and conditions regarding declined and pending transactions.
